Bail Hearings

As the prosecution of a case moves through arrest-to-arraignment-to-trial bail hearings provide a process for a series of motions and court appearances.

It is very important that you are represented by a strong defense attorney who will protect your interests because the bail hearings are used by the court system to assess the amount of bail that will be levied on the defendant. The bail fee may be charged cash or other assets, such as property.

Bail is used as an instrument of the courts to prevent a defendant from leaving town when there is likelihood that the defendant may leave town. Should the courts feel that the defendant is a danger to others, bail may be denied.

If you have been arrested, or are about to be arrested, call Attorney Michael Campopiano to represent you at your bail hearing, because without out a strong legal defense you may be subjected to substantial bail fees, jail time and fines.
